Back at Nats Park for Workout #2!
What to Expect: 45 minutes movement. A mix of strength, cardio, and stretch! Move at your own pace.
What to Wear: Something you can workout in. Dress to feel good. Sneakers!
What to Bring: A yoga mat, water bottle, sweat towel. Sunglasses maybe.
Getting There: We’ll be working out on the steps of Nats Park on Potomac Ave - opposite Dacha.
It is metro-accessible and nearby street parking is available. Arrive early to get settled!
