We’re kicking off spring with a free workout for friends and family!

What to Wear: Floral or spring-inspired workout attire encouraged—dress to feel good. Sneakers!

What to Bring: A yoga mat, water bottle, sweat towel. Sunglasses maybe.

Getting There: We’ll be working out on the steps of Nats Park on Potomac Ave - opposite Dacha.

It is metro-accessible and nearby street parking is available. Arrive early to get settled!
